Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Sparrow Style offers a straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all protective inserts and tags intact.

2. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs

  • No restocking fees ($0) are charged for approved returns.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Sparrow Style will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label.
  • For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the actual return postage cost.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@sparrowstyle.shop with your order number, item name, and reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing Timeframe

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item within 1–2 business days.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 days after the return is approved, and you will receive an email confirmation.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@sparrowstyle.shop with clear photos of the item and details about the issue.

We will review the information and assist with a replacement or full refund according to your preference.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item according to the return procedure above. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate purchase for the desired item.
